Our Solis Team is built up of experienced charter enthusiasts from ex Yacht Skippers and knowledgable locals. Everyone has hands on experience with yacht and catamaran sailing holidays.
Fantastic boat with and array of water toys to play with in some of the most beautiful bays ... Our Captain knew all the best places to go for impromptu lunches, swims and evening dinners. It was so peaceful being on the boat and under the stars at night and loved that you could use the rib to nip to shore if needed!
Cabins were clean, tidy and perfectly presented.
10/10 - would highly recommend!
The yacht we had assigned to us was in superb conditioned, immaculately cleaned throughout with lovely fresh linen and comfortable beds.

I was drawn to Solis due to their modern fleet, and I wanted a Catamaran because I'd been told they were more stable on the water - definitely true! Also a minor detail for some but there is an additional sunbed at the back of the Boat, on top of where the RIB is stored. I couldn't find another Charter which had this feature.
Having never sailed before I was feeling daunted by the task of booking a sailing holiday, but the guys at Solis were so knowledgable and patient with me - you can tell how passionate they are about sailing.
I had enquired with a few Chartering companies, but for the reasons above it was an easy decision to make.
Needless to say when we arrived at the Marina we were not disappointed. There were friendly staff to greet us and the Boat was immaculate. The Cabins are more spacious and comfortable than I was expecting, en-suite Bathrooms, plenty of seating and sunbathing options, bluetooth sound system, air conditioning, and even a shower head to conveniently wash the salt off after you've taken a dip in the sea. Just a very well designed and functional Boat that's a pleasure to be on.
The sailing was fantastic, we cruised around the Saronic islands stopping at various islands along the way - I highly recommended Spetses. The pace was nice and leisurely, the route and activities were well planned but also totally flexible. Nothing felt rushed. Mike is an excellent Skipper, he’s very approachable and easy going but equally attentive when it comes to sailing and the safety of his passengers. He was happy to explain how things worked and get me involved in operating the Boat, but if that's not your thing he can do pretty much everything single handed (probably blindfolded too!).
He's also your tour guide, wherever we docked Mike knew the best places to eat and the best places to explore - he'll make sure the locals take care of you too.
This being my first time chartering a boat I don't have a comparison, but I really can't fault Solis. The service was first class throughout, my only disappointment was that it had to end!
